My process is very intuitive and I often don’t know what my work is about until I am further into a series or even finished. More line work and craggy marks are found their way into my art and after some reflection, this was due to my upcoming trip back home to Austria and my pull back into the mountains. I have always loved the alps. Their dramatic looks, sharp appearance and their awe inspiring beauty.

As much as I love the ocean and going to the beach sometimes, give me mountains, forests and lakes or creeks any day. You cannot fight your personality, you have to embrace it!

ORIENTATION - can be chosen upon purchase. I purposefully sign the artwork on the back as the orientation is often a personal choice, although I usually have a favourite way of hanging and if not specified, will wire it that way.

FRAMING - framing can be arranged for ‘unframed’ artworks upon request. I usually choose a simple float frame and if you would like the piece framed, get in touch via the contact form to arrange a quote.
